19. The following persons may be issued a probationary general education teaching permit for Cree and Kativik school boards:
(1)  the holder of a diploma listed in Schedule VI, except the diploma referred to in paragraph 0.1 of section 8, and
(2)  the holder of a teaching licence for an equivalent level, issued in another Canadian province or territory, subject to training conditions, on the basis of a diploma equivalent to those listed in Schedule VI.
